Established in 2024, in the state of Arizona — Heatwave Suits is a joint project between mother and son.Borne out of love for the furry community, and the skills behind crafting these wonderful pieces of art — we wanted to try our hand at making these wonderful costumes, and give people the chance to bring their characters to life!This project is a massive work in progress, and we hope you all will join in seeing where this adventure takes us!

TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENTHeatwave Suits accepts payments via Square invoice primarily! Paypal invoice may be used instead, but commissioners must sign and agree that they have read this TOS before payment.Very short payment plans are allowed, however, no work shall begin until the payment plan is completed.A 30% downpayment is required to secure a slot. We will not hold slots.I don’t work with minors, and I will publically warn of minors that attempt to sneak past this rule.REFUND POLICYPlease reach out as soon as possible if you are thinking about asking for a refund. If you wait until the last second, there is no guarantee I can resolve the matter in a satisfying way.Full refunds are only given if no materials have been ordered.The 30% downpayment will not be refunded if materials have been ordered.NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE COMMISSION IS NEARING COMPLETION, FINISHED, OR HAS REACHED THE CLIENT.If you have issues with the final product, please reach out so we may work together to rectify this.WARRANTYAll custom suit commissions and premades come with an ONE-YEAR WARRANTY.Which means that any repairs needed, will be done for free — excluding shipping costs.QUEUEHeatwave Suits has a Trello for organizing and time management purposes. COMMUNICATIONI try my best to communicate with clients at all steps of the process. I am completely open to answer all questions, inquiries, and to show progress pictures to clients.WORK SCHEDULEI will be posting my work schedule to clients internally, and it won’t be public. Of course, schedules may change if unforeseen circumstances occur.I am disabled, have chronic pain, and have a day job to support my medical costs and family. It’s hard sometimes to get out of bed. If you are not patient or understanding, I don’t think commissioning me is the best choice. I am fully open to referring you to other makers with faster turnarounds, however.
